Turkish defence OEMs are tackling a hefty delivery backlog by exploring offshore production, with export contracts swelling to over $15 billion and expected to hit $20 billion by 2026. The industry has booked $53.1 billion in foreign agreements since 2023, but delivered just $30.1 billion, leaving a sizeable $23 billion in unfulfilled work.
