Spain Selects Airbus A321 for Advanced Electronic Intelligence Aircraft Program
Spain is set to supercharge its intelligence capabilities with a cutting-edge airborne signals intelligence program, as Airbus and Indra land a €16-million contract to develop three modified A321 aircraft into advanced crewed SIGINT platforms. The 18-month project is the first phase of the ambitious Santiago II initiative, valued at approximately €436 million.
