Ukraine's missile plans are being hindered by a mismatch between the capabilities of the Franco-British Storm Shadow missile and the country's immediate operational needs. The Storm Shadow's 560km range falls far short of Ukraine's ground-launched Flamingo missile, which can fly as far as 3,000 km.
