Linux Flaw Exposes Local Users to Root via Open vSwitch

A newly discovered Linux flaw, CVE-2026-64531, lets local users potentially gain root access via Open vSwitch, even without an existing OVS bridge, running ovs-vswitchd, or host-level CAP_NET_ADMIN privileges.
